ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
After your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped, if available.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or periods of high order volume.
SHIPPING TIMES
We work with international suppliers to offer a wide variety of products. As a result, shipping times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
Estimated delivery times:
United States: 7–20 business days
Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: 10–25 business days
Rest of the World: 10–30 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery may be delayed due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
If you purchase multiple items, your order may be shipped in separate packages. Products may arrive at different times depending on supplier and warehouse location.
You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, if available.
Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
