Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@goofypaws.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, send a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed, as we begin processing immediately.

Chargebacks & Disputes
