Do you ship worldwide?
Absolutely! No matter where your furry friends are, we’ll get Goofy Paws goodies to you.
Where do you ship from?
All orders paw their way from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We hustle fast to get your pets happy, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of ordering. Missed it? No worries — you can still return your order for a full refund once it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept?
We happily accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and PayPal — making checkout quick and easy.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, usually within 1–3 business days. We ship the day after processing, and note that weekends or holidays may add a little extra time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on where your pets are waiting.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your goodies don’t arrive within 30 days of shipping, we’ll happily give you a full refund — no tricks, just treats.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
All prices are in USD and tax-free, but your local customs office may charge import duties or taxes when your order arrives. These fees are your responsibility, and we can’t control customs delays. For details, check with your local customs office.
